The joint-stock company KVS EKODIVIZE a. s., the plant Dvorce is producer of metallic rotary parts mainly for engineering, aircraft and car industry in Czech Republic and also abroad. We continue experience and quality, gained by longtime production for these branches. We are holder of certificate ISO 9001:2000 and certificate Honeywell-Mora AEROSPACE.

The production capacity of the plant is arranged for machining and cutting operation on the six-spindle and single-spindle automatic machines, CNC turning machines and finishing machines. We carry on production of rotary parts in larger or smaller series from the steel of all classes, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, titanium and plastic.

Furthermore we provide following coatings and thermal treatment:

• nickel coating
• chromium coating
• titanium coating
• hardening
• annealing
• cementing
• nitriding
   

In case of your interest we will make the price offer for concrete products or technological operations on the basis of production drawings or samples delivered by you.

News:

We have enlarged our production capacities with a new machining centre with power-driven tools MORI SEIKI NL-2000SY/500, since August 2005. We will be able to produce turning parts including operation of drilling and milling with the help of above mentioned centre.
